Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@vestirethreads.com. Once your return is approved, you will need to ship the item to the address provided at your own expense. A flat ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You receive the wrong item

We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items on sale or purchased with gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a replacement, return the item first (if eligible), and then place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved:

  • A flat ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • The remaining amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Important: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact us at support@vestirethreads.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
